The Role: As our Restaurant Manager, you will have responsibility for the restaurant’s business performance, staff and customer satisfaction, quality standards, and health and safety.
Combining our hands on work style, to our day-to-day management activities, the role is both business-like and creative, and therefore we are seeking an experienced candidate with proven work history for the role.

Responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following
- Organising staff shifts and scheduling
- Key holder responsibilities – security.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Leading by example
- Support all staff members to ensure that our students enjoy their time with us, whilst learning key transferable work skills
- Ensure that the safety of our students, staff, volunteers and residents are a priority.
- Provide ongoing training to staff on customer service, safety, and job-specific tasks.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
- Supporting the Head chef with planning menus
- Working with food and drink suppliers
- Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to appropriate regulations
- Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property
- Ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are cleaned according to regulatory guidelines
- Maintaining safe working conditions
- Auditing inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering products as necessary
- Recruiting and training staff
- Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives
- Maintain required licenses, permits, and health inspections.
- Implementing appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
