Job Purpose
During a normal day, the responsibilities of this role include preparation of both hot and cold food,
Washing / drying / operating sanitation machine where required.
Plate presentation and expected completion time.
Support with opening and closing checks
Support sous chef to refill stocks and replenish kitchen supplies and count for re-orders, when required
Stock rotation and date check on all food in the kitchen and ambient areas
Cleaning of the kitchen area, that meets the expectation of EHO standards
Check deliveries if required

- Prep for prebooked orders
- Ensure hygiene is of upmost importance when preparing food
